We are committed to providing chiropractic health care to the entire family, from a pregnant mother, her husband, and their two year old toddler to an entire football team of players and coaches.

Our primary goals are to educate our patients and correct the vertebral subluxation complex of the spine, also known as a subluxation or a misalignment.  A subluxation is when two or more vertebrae lose their normal motion or position.  By correcting the subluxation or misalignment, nerve flow is restored, which enhances bodily and nerve functions.

Causes of a subluxation varies extremely, from gardening, sports, computer work, pregnancy, poor posture, birth, stress, arguments, allergies, environmental pollution, etc…the list goes on and on.  Subluxations interfere with the proper communication between the brain and the body, and the body and the brain.

What does this mean?  This means, the nerves that come off the spinal cord and innervate all the organs, muscles and cells in our body is not able to function at a 100%, it is being disrupted.  This interference in nerve flow reduces the brain and body’s ability to coordinate and function optimally.

We tailor your care to suit your specific needs.  There are three phases of care that a typical patient goes through:

  • Relief care is symptomatic care, geared to get you out of pain, which fortunately happens fairly quickly for most.

  • Followed by Reconstructive care, which is the most important part of care.  In this phase, our goal is to make a systemic change, where the muscles are retrained to support and help stabilize the new spinal alignment.

  • Once your spine is in good shape, Maintenance care begins.  In this phase, you’re spine is checked periodically to ensure you remain in alignment so as to maintain your improved state of health.
